Do I need a special WhatsApp account or approval?
No. The app opens your own WhatsApp with the message ready. You tap send, like always. Nothing to set up with Meta, no per-message cost.
Can I keep the invoice I already use?
Yes. Take a photo of your current invoice and the app reads your details and fills them in. Add your logo and it looks like yours.
What about VAT?
It is worked out for you at your rate. If you are not VAT registered, switch it off and it never shows on the invoice.
Do I have to install anything?
No. It runs in your phone browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Is my information private?
Your account is completely separate from every other company. Your clients, rates and invoices are yours alone.
I am a fitter, not a company. Can I use this?
